Consulting & Coaching

  • Hourly consulting and coaching sessions. Designed for tactical operational improvements and strategy development.

    An additional free 30-minute first-time consultation is included as part of the hourly session. This session allows us to get to know each other and for me to gather some background and context to make the hour-long session impactful.

    These sessions are ideal for:

    • Brands and fulfillment providers who are just starting their businesses.

    • Businesses who are unsure about the next step in their supply chain and logistics operations.

    • Early career managers in operations and supply chain who are transitioning from an individual contributor role to a people leader role.

    • Founders/executives who are entering into an operations-focused business for the first time.

  • A 30-minute consultation followed by an additional 1-hour session(s)

    Sessions are billed after the session is completed and are pro-rated in 30-min increments.

Fractional Resourcing

  • In supply chain and logistics, the work begins long before the results are realized on the bottom line. As companies begin to grow and scale, they can find themselves at a crossroads: they need expertise and leadership, but at a cost that doesn’t hinder the growth of the company.

    The cost of an experienced professional can be a financial drain on the company and the “full package” may not be needed just yet.

    I can be a fractional resource for long-term project work, leadership development and support, succession planning gaps, and interim executive support.

  • The duration of these engagements is typically between 3-12 months in length and can be as little as 5 hours per week up through 30 hours per week depending on the engagement and availability.
